NijemTech AiBooks

Privacy Policy

Last updated September 15, 2026

This policy covers NijemTech AiBooks, a private bookkeeping agent operated by NijemTech LLC for NijemTech LLC’s own books. It is not listed on the QuickBooks App Store and is not offered to other customers.

Data we process

When you connect a source, AiBooks reads only what that connection’s scopes allow: QuickBooks Online accounting data (com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting, used read-only in v1), Gmail threads matching bookkeeping queries (gmail.readonly), and Google Drive statement/export files (drive.readonly / drive.file for a later close-package upload).

OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) on a dedicated Hostinger VPS database for this app. Refresh tokens rotate when Intuit or Google issues a new one. We do not sell data, and we do not send QuickBooks or mail contents to a third-party model provider as part of v1 matching and classification (those run on this host).

What we do not do

AiBooks starts every action type at Observe (L0). It will not send email or write back to QuickBooks until an operator of NijemTech LLC promotes those action types. Disconnecting QuickBooks revokes the Intuit refresh token and stops further Accounting API calls.

Retention and contact

Connection tokens are kept only while the source stays connected. Transaction, exception, email-brief, and Bentley audit records stay on this host for NijemTech’s close process. Questions: tnijem@nijemtech.com.
