NijemTech AiBooks

Terms of Use

Last updated September 15, 2026

These terms apply to NijemTech AiBooks, software NijemTech LLC runs for its own bookkeeping. If you are not a NijemTech operator, you are not licensed to use this instance.

License

NijemTech LLC grants its operators a limited, revocable right to use AiBooks to read QuickBooks Online, Gmail, and Drive data, propose reconciliations, and queue actions. Intuit, Google, and banks remain the sources of truth for their systems. AiBooks does not replace your accountant or a filed return.

QuickBooks Online

Connecting QuickBooks uses Intuit’s OAuth 2.0 Accounting API. You must be an admin of the QuickBooks company you connect. Production access requires Intuit’s App Assessment Questionnaire even for this private, unlisted app. You can disconnect at any time; AiBooks will revoke its refresh token and stop calling the Accounting API.

Autonomy and liability

Matches, email drafts, and write-backs are queued until you promote the corresponding action type. NijemTech LLC is responsible for reviewing the Bentley audit log and exceptions report before relying on any proposal. Contact tnijem@nijemtech.com.
