Quick question: Invoice 1044 to Vesper Health for $18,500 still looks open in QBO. Did they pay outside of the bank feed, or should we keep it in AR for the September close?

Tommy — federal Q3 2026 estimated tax is due September 15. Based on YTD books we recommend $6,400. Please confirm you want us to file the voucher, and send the August P&L if it is not already in QBO. Reply by EOD September 12 if the amount should change.
